Subscription Request

You may send your subscription request to Family Connection. You may call Family Connection at 800-351-1001 and someone will take your request over the phone. 

Use this form to subscribe to any of the Family Connection publications. Simply let us know which publication (Family Notes, Journal, Family Connection Newsletter), the quantity you need and the mailing and/or billing address.

Individual subscriptions are available at $12/year (6 issues) for the Family Connection newsletter and the Journal.  There is no charge for a subscription to Family Notes at this time, which is available by fax or e-mail. 

Bulk subscriptions of the Family Connection Newsletter are available for a nominal charge of $16.00/100 copies (per issue), if you are requesting newsletters for your congregation, school or other group.
