Before Saying "I Do", Wright (Book, Harvest House) This marriage preparation manual for couples covers the purpose of marriage, differences in personality and background, resolving conflict, understanding types of love, analyzing expectations, meeting each other's needs, finances, in-law problems, and myths about sex in marriage.

Celebrating Your Wedding, Rau (Book, CPH) A guide to lead the engaged couple through the confusing and often perplexing process of planning for the wedding day, the service, and for marriage.

Fit to be Tied, Hybels/Hybels (Book, Zondervan) This book strives to open couples, engaged or married, to God's direction, helping them make wise decisions and stay married.

Love for a Lifetime, Dobson (Book, Multnomah) Written especially for the engaged and newly married, this book highlights the fundamentals of a Christian marriage and reveals the keys to an enduring relationship.

So You're Getting Married, Wright (Book, Regal) This book helps engaged couples prepare for the challenges ahead and commit themselves: to be free from the past, to change, to understand self, to control anger and resolve conflict, to communicate, to forgive, to pray together, and to build positive in-law relationships.

The Power of We, Ludwig (Video-Bible study, Family Films) This course takes an in-depth look at the marriage relationship and God's promise that "the two will become one flesh." Through the study of the Word and by examples on the video, this study provides a scriptural understanding of the "WE" - the unity of husband and wife - and practical, day-to-day wisdom to protect the marriage relationship and keep it alive and growing.
